211 is a service available in Ingham, Eaton, Clinton, Jackson, Hillsdale, Lenawee and Livingston counties designed to give anyone who calls it the information they need at no cost. Just dial 211. Cell phone and pay phone users can dial 866-561-2500 to access the service. Hearing impaired users can dial 711 for Michigan Relay or go to the 211 website.
