What's New at the Aurelius Branch?

We welcomed new staff members.

• We said goodbye to Library Page Melissa B., and welcomed Braydon A. to our library. There may be one more library page the next time you visit, so keep an eye out for new faces!

We recognized our friends.

• We are saddened to hear of the passing of former Aurelius Head Librarian Glenna Droscha on Tuesday, August 31 at the age of 102. We are grateful for Glenna’s 25 years of service to the library and all of her contributions to both the library and community. Our deepest sympathies go out to her family.
• We are grateful to Friends member Don M. for the beautiful flowers he has been providing to the library during this year’s dahlia season.

We made big changes to serve our community better.

• All of CADL has gone fine free! Any past overdue fines you’ve accrued have been erased and we’re so happy to welcome members back with a fresh start.
• We adjusted our hours to better meet member demand and staff availability.
• Safety and wellbeing are our top priority. We’re happy to see you for our new in-person events and in-person browsing, but we encourage members to continue wearing their masks and taking advantage of our virtual and curbside options.
