Here’s what’s coming up this week at CADL:

• Monday, October 19, 4:30 pm at CADL South Lansing: It’s a Monster Mash Cookie Bash. Join us for a sweet afternoon of cookie decorating fun.

• Wednesday, October 21, 6 pm at CADL Okemos: Don’t Fear Paranormal Tourism in Michigan. Learn about haunted sites and events. Not to be confused with seasonal “haunted house” attractions, these year-round destinations are as much about digging up history as they are about the hunt for spirits and connecting with the afterlife.

• Thursday, October 22, 5 pm at CADL Webberville: Neighborly Know-How—Tales of Small-Town Terror. Local experts share what they know! Join Mitch Lutzke, president of the Williamston Depot Museum, as he shares with us the spookier side of our local history.

• Friday, October 23, 5:30 pm at CADL’s Local History Center in Okemos: Gargoyles. Grotesques, Graveyards and Ghosts. Join photographer and historian Jeff Morrison as he shows more than 200 pictures of some architectural sculpture to be found in the state of Michigan.

• Sunday, October 25, 2 pm at CADL Haslett: Haslett’s Halloween Spooktacular. Show off your costumes while painting Styrofoam pumpkins, navigating our Cart-or-treat hallway, and walking through our brand new (kid-friendly) haunted experience!
