Cassie Veselovsky and Robert Chartrand Receive Director's Awards

Hi everyone,

I'm excited to announce that Cassie Veselovsky and Robert Chartrand have earned the March and April Director's Awards! Cassie Veselovsky is a Youth Services Librarian at the Downtown Lansing Branch and Robert Chartrand is a Public Services Librarian at the Holt-Delhi Branch. In February and March, both Cassie and Robert served as the Interim Head Librarian at the Webberville Branch. They worked with the wonderful staff at Webberville to continue to provide services, both in the library and outside the library through outreach events, for the residents of Webberville. I was so impressed with the level of work that both Cassie and Robert did that I knew I needed to acknowledge their work by giving them the Director’s Award.

Cassie and Robert, I apologize that I wasn’t able to acknowledge you individually; but you two did such a great job working together, and also working with Amanda as she started as Head Librarian, that I thought it fitting to recognize you in this way.
