Fans of Game of Thrones and House of the Dragon will love this new series, based on the prequel novella series of the same name. Instead of following primarily ruling families like House of the Dragon and Game of Thrones, A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms follows a young hedge knight named Dunk. Viewers will see more of the gritty day to day of what life is like for the everyday people of Westeros. Dunk is struggling to make a name for himself as a knight. He can barely keep himself and his horses fed when a runaway named Egg won't stop pestering Dunk to let the boy serve as his squire. Will Dunk give in to Egg’s request? Will Dunk prove himself as a true knight of the Seven Kingdoms? Or will their dreams get smashed in the tournament?
