Wrestling with adolescent grief is tough!

Juliana is a high school senior that has struggled to come to terms with the death of her professional wrestling obsessed father, who passed away a few years prior. Fortunately, she has a small cadre of friends to lean on to ease her suffering, including an imaginary guardian angel that adopts the voice of a surly pro-wrestler, who accompanies her 24/7.  Despite the topic, I think this is a fun read for teens.  Adult readers who are nostalgic for the Golden Era of Pro-Wrestling (1980s & early 90s) may also find this book enjoyable. The print and eBook versions contain a short glossary of pro-wrestling terms to help readers better understand some of the related concepts in the story.  But in my opinion, the audiobook is better because you’ll hear the banter of the imaginary wrestler in the protagonist’s mind.
