Pandora

You might have heard of Pandora's Box, but what if it was discovered by a crooked black-market salesman?

I'm on a historical fiction kick right now, and this was such a fun read.  The story follows Dora Blake and Edward Lawrence, two despondent dreamers who have nearly lost hope of following their passions.  They form an alliance when Dora discovers an ancient pithos that her uncle, Hezekiah, is hiding from the world until he gets the rewards he seeks from it.  They both plan on using the pithos as inspiration for their projects, sending them on a journey filled with mystery and tragedy alike.  Highly recommend!!

Also, I love a story where the antagonist is so clearly designed to be despised and Hezekiah Blake continues to worsen as the story progresses. By the end of the story, you will be begging for his downfall.
