Simone tells of the importance of and ability to know and be yourself; interact with others; handle difficult situations; meet demanding schedules; nurture wounds; stay focused; and enjoy the good that becomes hard work.  Please do not overlook the quotes at the beginning of each chapter.  Reading and discussing the quotes at the beginning are of utmost importance.
