Great Throwback to Karate Kid Original Movie with Some Modern Twists

This is an amazing movie featuring great actors: Jackie Chan, Ralph Macchio, Ben Wang, Sadie Stanley and more. I liked how it brought together the cultures of China and Japan and also the United States. I liked what it had to say about friendships and the importance of community. The main character moves from China to New York City. I found myself cheering for him and the other main characters.  If you liked the original karate kid movie, you will probably like this movie - it was a wonderful throwback with some modern twists.
