This documentary is a fascinating look into former Pizza Hut restaurants that have been renovated and repurposed into a variety of businesses and ventures: among them, a BBQ restaurant in suburban Chicago, a cannabis dispensary in the flatlands of Colorado, an LGBTQ-friendly church in Florida, and several others. We learn the back stories of the folks who have repurposed these old Pizza Huts, their trials, travails, hopes, and dreams. We also meet one of the founders of Pizza Hut, and a pocket history of that restaurant franchise. 

I checked out this DVD on a whim and was pleasantly surprised at how enjoyable and emotionally powerful it is.
