This is a novel that I wish I had as a teenager! This story follows a high school senior and the unexpected effects that endometriosis has on her life. Toney does an amazing job of depicting the debilitating disease and the emotional isolation it can cause, even when we have strong support. I hope this book helps those who need it find their voice to speak up for themselves and reassures them that they are not alone.
