A modern day reworking of Cinderella

Recent design school graduate Cindy is headed back home to her stepmother and stepsisters for the summer, as she works on getting her shoe designs up and running, even though she’s had a terrible case of designer’s block for the last year. When the opportunity to participate in a dating reality show opens up, Cindy decides to go for it - even if she doesn’t win the heart of the bachelor, it will be a great chance to showcase her designs and get some exposure. She doesn’t expect to find herself falling for Henry, building friendships among (some of) the other contestants, or rejuvenating her design ideas. 

It’s such a pleasure to read a book where everyone is just nice and supportive of one another (ok, Addison wasn’t. But every story needs a villain, I guess, and as far as villains go… she wasn’t even that bad.) This is a lighthearted, size-inclusive romance and a warm, welcoming start to the “Meant to Be” series, a group of adult romance novels based on classic Disney movies.
