A hilarious version of the apocalypse perfect for "Dungeons and Dragons" fans

The apocalypse has happened. In the blink of an eye, aliens have decimated Earth and plundered its resources. Unfortunately for Carl, it happened during the middle of the night when he was chasing his ex-girlfriend’s pampered Persian cat, Princess Donut outside in the snow—in only his underwear. The aliens give survivors a choice: either hunt for scraps on what is left on Earth’s surface, or enter into the most-televised gameshow in the universe, with the promise that if you make it to the 18th floor of the dungeon, you can win back your planets’ freedom. Princess Donut and Carl opt for the dungeon and soon find themselves stars in the Logan's Run/Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy/Hunger Games style contest. With lots of ridiculous and sometimes brutal scenarios and tons of twisted pop-culture references, Carl clings to his humanity and his bestie, Princess Donut.
