Even the Least of These

Life can be hard at times or feel hectic; often it’s the simply good things that encourage us.

This book is a wonderful collaboration of 10-line poems by Anita Skeen and linocut prints by Laura B. DeLind. As mentioned in the preface of the book, I love how Even the Least of These is about taking time to notice simply good things, it’s about discovering everyday treasures, bright spots, small moments of joy, and about making time to resurrect memories and making time to dream about future plans. Far from being irrelevant, expressions of art are critical for our survival. Art helps us to heal and to thrive.
