This is such a cool book from NYT columnists Shaina Feinberg and Julia Rothman! The author interviews people of all walks of life in all kinds of jobs around the world. Kids (and grownups…!) can learn a bit about everything from flower farmers to street food vendors to prosthetics makers to ferry captains. I think my favorite is the spread on Joe Bagel, owner of the world-famous St-Viateur in Montreal. Each page has a couple of questions to prompt kids to make connections to their own experiences and interests.
