Queen of Electropop Reigns Supreme

Ms. XCX serves up another ear pleaser with her album Crash. Charli claimed this album catalogs her most cohesive body of work- which I would tend to agree. Arguably not as sonically explorative as other works, it still is clearly Charli and clearly full of bangers. I personally recommend making a tik tok dance for “Baby,” vogueing to “Beg for You” with Rina Sawayama, and scream “New Shapes” at the top of your lungs. If you enjoy artists like Britney Spears, SOPHIE, Lady Gaga, or Billie Eilish, this album will be right up your ally.
