Alex McKnight tries to start a new life in the tiny town of Paradise, Michigan after a tragic accident forces him into early retirement. 
 Alex finds out that he may not be retired after all!  My husband and I took a trip to the Upper Peninsula this summer.  Upon hearing that we were headed for a stay in Paradise, a co-worker suggested that I check out this novel that is set in Paradise.  We listened to it as we drove there and around the area.  It was so interesting to be able to connect the descriptions with the locations.  I would highly recommend this read to anyone who loves suspense or has been to the Paradise area.
