Moving to London seemed like a good idea…until she found a dead body

Scarlett Parker needs to get away from the mess that is her life in Florida.  Her cousin Viv suggests a stay in London where she can help out at Mim’s Whims, a hat shop given to the two of them from their Grandmother.  But Viv is nowhere to be found when Scarlett arrives, and soon after, Scarlett finds one of their best clients dead wearing only the hat that Viv made for her.  While at first glance, it doesn’t look like life in London is any better for Scarlett, she has met some great new friends and has a possible love interest, so I guess things may be looking up after all.
