Tristan is not just a shop-boy--he's a boy who currently works in a shop. While trying to impress his love, Victoria, Tristan is transported across the border of Wall to the land of Stormhold. He will encounter witches, pirates, magical transformations all so he can claim the one thing Victoria desires: a fallen star. 

But imagine Tristan's surprise when he finds the star -- and finds that it's a woman named Yvaine! Tristan and Yvaine must walk the land of Stormhold to fulfill his promise to Victoria. Will they succeed?

Based on the novel by Neil Gaiman, this a mostly faithful adaptation of the book. The all-star cast includes: Henry Cavill, Claire Danes, Robert De Niro, Rupert Everett, Ricky Gervais, Ian McKellan, Sienna Miller, Peter O'Toole, and Michelle Pfeiffer.
