What would you do if you were the only survivor in a plane crash?

Brian is the only survivor when the plane he is on crashes in the wilderness.  He has to use his limited resources (which include a hatchet) to try to survive.  This is one of my favorite children's books of all time.  It is both exciting and inspiring to see how Brian figures out each challenge he faces.  You will love this book if you enjoy stories of courage, survival, or the outdoors!
