In this sequel Miles’ sister Grace must deal with the political fallout from the finale of Witchmark, (happily with the aid of her brother and his partner, Tristan). She is a powerful character trying to make things right and find her true path after years on the one her father created for her—she doesn’t always get it right, but she’s trying. Polk’s firmly in my “must buy” category.
