The Todd sisters were always devoted to one another, especially in times of joy and heartache. But when the Civil War erupted, they were separated by their husbands' choices. Some were in Lincoln's administration and others in the Confederate Army.

 

Now they are facing another struggle. Mary has just been declared legally insane and committed to an asylum.  They know they must help her, but will their love and influence be enough?
