Black Sabbath is largely considered the band that originated Heavy Metal by slowing down and detuning blues rock. This collection documents the 8 years and 8 albums Black sabbath recorded with their founding line up and lead singer Ozzy Osbourne. This is a great way to have all the classic hits in one collection, but also to experience all of the musical experimentation that Sabbath is not neccesarily known for. There is such wide ranging offerings in this collection it is sometimes hard to imagine the same four musicains making these songs. I would suggst this for the die-hard sababth fan, the rock and metal fan, and anyone intersted in out there music from the 70's. Enjoy
