Fire Touched

I don’t know what to say other than I love these characters! I’m reminded every time I pick up  a book or short story set in Patricia Briggs’ “Mercyverse” just how much I love her world-building and characters, and Fire Touched is no exception. This outing features many old friends and enemies among the Fae, a particularly fun version of Baba Yaga, and a distinct turn in the politics of Werewolves, Fae, and Humans. As Baba Yaga notes, “No one who carries Coyote so strongly is going to be resting on the sidelines.” My favorite coyote woman and her pack are always right in the middle of everything.
