The Madonna and the Starship

I totally fell for Morrow after reading his World Fantasy Award-winning novel Only Begotten Daughter. His irreverent satires are always smart and thought-provoking and Madonna is no exception. In it a screenwriter for a children’s SF television show is notified by aliens that he is to be presented with an award for his rational and scientific programming. Unfortunately they also intend on doing away with all viewers of the channel’s religious programming.
