Hot romance and hockey…

Rachel Gibson caught my attention years ago when I found her romance series featuring players from the fictional Seattle Chinooks starting with Simply Irresistible. In the series she combines humorous romance and good old-fashioned NHL hockey. With Any of Mine she continues hooking up her NHL stars, this time focusing on Sam LeClaire and his ex-wife Autumn Haven. The couple met and married over a Vegas weekend but Sam was too irresponsible and self-centered at the time to know what he’d done. Five years later tied together by their son Connor, they find themselves face to face enough to recognize their original attraction. But can Autumn trust Sam with her heart again?

Rachel Gibson knows hockey (even though Sam bashes one of my favorite Red Wings) and how to write romance with humor and heat. This is a great addition to the series and an easy drop in point for new readers. Fans of Susan Donovan (Knock Me Off My Feet), Deidre Martin (Body Check), or Susan Elizabeth Phillips (It Had to be You) should give this a try.
