CADL Seed Library
Saving and sharing seeds helps feed communities and preserves cultural heritage. We join with libraries across the state each year to promote growing and sharing seeds.
Seed sharing (or 'seed libraries') are community projects which aim to provide free seeds and assist in sharing seeds saved by local gardeners.
All CADL branches will offer three Pollinator Garden seeds in 2026 (Common Milkweed, Sand Tickseed, and Purple Coneflower), available at any branch during the month of April while supplies last. Several branches also provide vegetable and flower seeds from April-early June. Contact your local branch to find out more.
