Based on the title, what are your first 3 thoughts?

If you’ve had the opportunity to see the authors on television or read/listen to interviews they’ve had or about them, you probably have an idea of what’s in store when this book is opened.  If not, well, let’s just say they were very fortunate to have had the opportunity to (borrowing from Chopped Stease on pg. 29) “grow up” on such a delicious wide range of food instead of “discovering” it. 

The short version of this review- you will be pleasantly surprised by what you find in this book, and I highly recommend it. If I say any more this will become a very long review. Yes, it really is a good book. Please be sure to read the vignettes. Lastly, were your assumptions about the title correct?
