This book was read by the author, and Reynolds does an amazing job at capturing his characters' feelings and mannerisms using only his voice. You get a real sense of the life that the main character, Will, has to live; the rules he feels he has to follow. This is a very unique and creative take on showcasing the enviornment that Will, and a lot of kids like Will, have to be a part of. The book itself is written in verse, so you do lose the visual experience of reading it, but I think you gain so much with Reynolds' narration. At only about 90 minutes long, this is a must.
