I've got a lot of respect for Benjamin Watson, Baltimore Ravens' tight end, whose FB posts on the topic of race in America became a national sensation. He offers honest, tough engagement with a willing heart, and some insight that, frankly, is tough to hear. If you fall into white, middle class, Christian America (like me on all fronts), perhaps you may consider even moving this up to your 'required' reading list.
