Event Description:

Join us for drop-in STEM activities.   

  • Jan. 7:  Learn about snowflakes as well as make your own with a marshmallow snowflake design challenge. Also, try your hand at sewing a snowflake decoration or experiment with making snow.  
  • Feb. 4: Come and learn about heat!  Try out our thermal leak detector to learn more about how heat leaves a building.  To embrace our winter reading challenge, we will also have weaving using a plastic cup and making decorative hats and mittens using cardboard sewing techniques.
