Giovanny Balcarcel Receives Director's Award

I’m thrilled to give the Director’s Award for August to Giovanny Balcarcel, Downtown Lansing Branch page. I can’t say enough good things about Gio. He has a great personality and approach to his work. Deb K. said that “he has a standard reply for anything that I throw at him” which is “consider it done!”. He’s been such a valuable part of the Downtown Lansing staff and has helped Administration staff in their work as well. Chelsea K. said “not only is he a great help, he is one of CADL’s friendliest employees”. I totally agree.

Gio, thank you for all that you do for the Downtown Lansing Branch and for CADL. It’s an honor to work with you.
