Fantastic Mr. Fox

Fantastic indeed!

Based on the Roald Dahl book of the same name, this movie is a wonderful and witty story about a fox’s promise to leave his thieving past behind. He decides to do “one last job” and the mischief that ensues involves a cast of adorable woodland creatures. While containing plenty of humor, there are also serious themes of family, friendship, belonging, identity, and community that are applicable to both kids and adults alike. Not to mention, the animation and voicework are absolutely incredible. I watched this for the first time at 26 years old and loved every minute!
