The star’s struggles are given a bit more background, so understanding her ups and downs and mental health is clearer than other things I’ve seen about her in the past. It’s based on Colin Clark’s journals from when he was an assistant on a set in England. Michelle Williams was nominated for an Oscar for her compelling performance.
