The Girl from the Sea

Life as a teenager on a small island community is complicated by meeting a mysterious girl.

This book is a charming look at the life of a teenage girl on a small island community.  Her normal teenage struggles are very relatable, and then you add in the complication of the mysterious girl who saves her from the sea, and things get even more confusing.  It is a lovely story that everyone can relate to, and the situations are very real (even with the more fantastical elements).  I highly recommend it for everyone.
