This is such a beautiful and hopeful story! Set in a future where people learned to live in harmony with nature, robots have become mythical creatures that only exist in stories about how they gained sentience and left for the wilderness. Dex is a young tea monk who is drawn into the wilderness and away from their routine by a sense of wanderlust. The last thing Dex expects to find in the wilderness is a robot named Mosscap, but the pair develop an unlikely friendship while searching for answers. This is the first book in a series, and I can’t wait to keep reading about this charming duo.
