While watching some movies or television programs do you ever stop and ask yourself who thinks up these kind of things? Exactly how do they get these ideas? Well, meet John Luther, a detective who tracks down the worst of the worst criminals.  The ones you truly don’t want to meet, anytime or any place. The ones who think up and relish acting out these kind of things.  We a see a very different Idris Elba as John Luther. The British accent for one and he looks a little different. Well, John Luther is a little different. He’s very skilled at his occupation, perhaps a bit too skilled; leading to the question who is he really chasing, and at what cost? This BBC series is intense, has very challenging storylines and will have you on the edge of your seat. Warning, it is not for the faint! Definitely start with season 1 (you’ll eventually get to the gas station episode, because this series is good for binge watching.)
