Sometimes you need a little excitement in your life, and other times, not so much.

Del Maki is at home recovering from hip surgery. His physical therapist is there helping him with his exercises. Outside a fierce blizzard is raging.  When it comes time for her to leave, she can't.  She's snowed in.  Then other people start to arrive.  They are snowed in too.  Del takes them in for the night. He soon realizes that he has made a deadly mistake.
