(....I might be slightly biased though, hawks are my favorite of all the animals he’s written about.) Eaton uses a combination of attractive comic-style artwork, funny animal conversations, and bite-sized chunks of scientific information to create an interesting and educational narrative about how hawks survive, raise their young, and adapt (or don’t) to human impact on their environments.
