Gethsemane (an African-American classical musician, temporarily teaching prep school boys) is convinced by the ghost of Eamon McCarthy (one of her favorite composers and the former owner of the home she is staying in) to rectify the inaccurate assumption that he killed his wife and then committed suicide. Gethsemane and the ghost have lively, entertaining, and occasionally combative discussions on how to pursue this case. If you need to put aside the supernatural in this book, it is still an amusing, lighthearted, fun investigative story.
