An Absolutely Remarkable Thing

This book was really well written and interesting for a few different reasons. First, while on the surface it appears to sit comfortably in the realm of Sci-Fi, at its heart, it's more of a commentary on fame, social media and how people on both sides handle it for better or for worse. Second, this was a book that I enjoyed immensely while reading it, but it never screamed to be picked back up when I wasn't, and I cannot, for the life of me, figure out why. I'm curious to see if others feel the same way.

This book is the first in the series (with the second not having a release date announced, yet) and I am definitely looking forward to reading the sequel.
