The 1890's was an exciting time to solve crime.
This is a wonderful cozy mystery series set in Toronto at the end of the 19th century. William Murdoch is very modern for the time and is always looking for new inventions to help solve crime. After watching modern detective shows, it's fun to see what they might have done in the 1890's. Sometimes he gets to meet famous people. In the first episode he meets Nikola Tesla. My favorite was Sir Arthur Conan Doyle.
