That's how we all remember the Queen of Hearts–temperamental, ruthless, and quick with the axe. Meyer's clever prequel to Alice In Wonderland is an interesting take on how a terrific young woman full of dreams and love is transformed into a lady the world loves to hate. Even knowing how it would end I couldn't resist journey.
