The Police Cloud

Ever since he was a “small puff”, a civic-minded cloud has dreamed of becoming a police officer. He’s friends with a police helicopter, naturally, who helps him secure a spot on the force, but there are unexpected obstacles: When he tries to patrol the park, he blocks out the sun; when he directs traffic, nobody can see where they’re going.
