Garvey's Ghost

One of the greatest instrumental Reggae albums of all time!

Garvey's Ghost is a instrumental only release of the album Marcus Garvey by Burning Spear.   Burning Spear at the time of this recording was a band fronted by vocalist Winston Rodney who many believe is on par or superior to the great Bob Marley.  With the popularity of the Marcus Garvey album Island records decided to release this instrumental album to give selectors these popular rhythms to play in the dancehalls. While both albums are absolutely flawless examples of 70's  reggae, but for me this album is always perfect listening whenever I want a relaxing and rhythmic vibe.  If you are looking for the same look no further!
