Save Me a Seat

Told in alternating POVs between Ravi, a new student from India, and Joe, a student with auditory processing disorder, the book takes place over the course of the first week of fifth grade. Despite their on-the-surface differences, both Ravi and Joe find themselves at odds with the class bully, Dillon, and need to figure out if it is better to deal with him together or separately. The pace and writing style made this a quick, easy, and fun book for kids and parents to read together.
