A Young Teens Journey with Mental Health

I read this book when I was the same age as the main character (15) at it instantly became my favorite book. The author takes his own experiences in a psychiatric hospital and transplants them into the life of young teen Craig Gilner where he meets new people and hears their stories while navigating through his own complicated feelings. This book helped me come to terms with a lot of my own emotions and made me realize how alike humans are even if we don't realize it.
