Cheer Up, Ben Franklin!

I have a soft spot for any book that helps young people appreciate history, so I was completely charmed by this sweet board book about America’s Founding Fathers (and Mothers).  Here, Ben Franklin is feeling blue because all of his friends are busy – George Washington is rallying his troops, Alexander Hamilton is counting money, and Abigail Adams is managing her farm.  But Ben feels better when he visits Independence Hall and signs the Declaration of Independence along with his many compatriots.
