CADL Covid Response

CADL is committed to keeping our members and staff safe. We continue to move through evolving levels of service, always staying in compliance with current official health guidelines. Wearing a mask is required unless a person falls into a specified exemption.

Mask Exemptions:

  • Fully vaccinated
  • Cannot medically tolerate a face mask
  • Kids under 2 years old

CADL COVID PREPAREDNESS RESPONSE PLAN

Our decisions are based on current health conditions and guidelines from the Ingham County Health Department and the Center for Disease Control and Prevention. View our COVID-19 Preparedness & Response Plan.

CONTACTLESS ITEM PICKUP

This service will continue at all CADL branches except Downtown Lansing and South Lansing, where pickups will take place during walk-in browsing sessions. Call your branch to schedule an appointment or sign up online here.

INDOOR & OUTDOOR EVENTS

Some branches now offer selected events inside the library or outdoors on library grounds/local parks. We will follow health guidelines for these gatherings, and most require advance registration to limit crowd size. Find a current list of events and registration details here.
