Friends of the Library Strawberry Breakfast: “Lights, Camera,
Action!”
This fundraiser, sponsored by the Friends of the Okemos Library
featured Janet Lockwood, Director of the Mid-Michigan Film Office.
Lockwood highlighted the work of the state’s film incentive
program. She also touched on some of Michigan's film history,
current projects and the stars attached to them, and talked about some
of her personal experiences with Hollywood royalty.
This program was held at the Okemos Library on May 15, 2009.
